Handmade Products

All our candles are handcrafted. Therefore, any variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of our items and should not be considered defects. We won't accept any returns based on this factor.

Candle Safety & Use

Customers commit to following all the instructions provided on packaging, product labels, and product pages to ensure safe use. Peach Home Studio will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper, negligent, or unattended use of candles.

Ingredients & CLP Information

Fragrances used in our candles may contain allergens in accordance with EU CLP regulations.
All relevant information is provided on product labels or on the dedicated product page.

Prices & Availability

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Product availability may change at any time, without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been processed.
Accepted payment methods include all the major Credit Cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted couriers and as quickly as possible; delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors not directly related to Peach Home Studio.

The products will generally be delivered within 10 business days from the order confirmation date, and you will receive an email with shipment confirmation once the product has left our warehouse

Products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form at checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery problems due to incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied.

We apply a flat rate of €5 for all shipments in Italy and in the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Used, burned, or damaged candles cannot be returned. To request a return, please use our dedicated Contacts page

Limitation of Liability

Peach Home Studio is not liable for:
- improper or unsafe use of our products,
- damages resulting from misuse of our products,
- delays caused by shipping carriers,
- any allergic reactions to the ingredients used in our products.

Privacy Policy

Customer data is collected exclusively to process orders and improve the shopping experience, and your data will never be sold to any third parties.

Changes to Terms

Peach Home Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
